Professor Clermont, I was wondering if it would make a difference in Martin v. Stokes if 1404a applied or 1406a applied. It seems if 1404a applied, the case goes forth b/c VA law would apply, and if 1406a applied, the statute of limitations would be tolled? Is the trick that the case wasn't filed before the transferee court's SOL ran? Thank you, Kelann Stirling
