Professor Clermont, Two more questions: 1) Regarding Harris v. Balk, why couldn't Epstein serve Balk in MD, if Balk happened to go there - is this reifying the claim rather than the debt? 2) Regarding Mr. Palmer's speech, why doesn't this apply to civil contempt proceedings? For example, if Ms. Sibbach decided not to continue with her suit after the order to get an examination was handed down, could she later attack the court's subject matter jurisdiction in a latter suit?
