Professor Clermont,

I wanted to make sure that I understood what the four exceptions were when using QIR #2.

1)in order to enforce a judgment rendered in another state 2)if the state would otherwise have personal jurisdiction over the defendant 3)if suing a foreign defendant 4)????

I know that I am missing one and I want to make sure the ones I have are correct.
