The supplemental jurisdiction of 1367 extends to the D's claim under 14(a) and the same transaction claim by the TPD against P, but not to unrelated claims, nor to the P's claim against TPD (unless it is being asserted as a 13(a) claim in response to a TPD 's claim). That's complicated, but we cover it next semester. You are getting ahead of us.
